Refunds & Cancellations

Cancel any time before dispatch. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we fix it.
The short version
Every poster is printed for your order, so we cannot take back a print you simply changed your mind about. If the parcel arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we replace it or refund you in full — tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Email orders@posterflix.in with your order number; if it has not gone to the press we will cancel it and refund the full amount. Once an order is marked shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, defective or wrong posters
Email orders@posterflix.in within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- a photo of the poster showing the problem, and
- a photo of the tube or packaging it arrived in, which is what the courier needs to see.
We will reply within 1–2 business days. If the claim holds up, you choose: a free replacement printed and shipped at our cost, or a full refund. You will not be asked to post the damaged poster back.
Change of mind
Because each poster is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, a different size than you meant to pick, or because a colour reads differently on your wall than on your screen. Please check the size — A3 is 297 × 420 mm, A2 is 420 × 594 mm — before you pay.
Parcels that never arrive
If a parcel is lost in transit, or marked delivered when it was not, tell us and we will raise it with the courier. Once the trace completes we will resend your order or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
How refunds are paid

We cannot refund to a different card, account or UPI ID than the one used to pay. Delivery was free, so there is nothing to deduct — an approved refund is the full amount you paid.
Free club posters
Surprise posters included free with a Posterflix Club rank have no cash value and are not refunded separately. If a free poster arrives damaged, we will replace it on the same terms as a paid one.
