Shipping Policy

Free delivery to every PIN code in India, posters rolled in a rigid tube, and an email at every step.

Where we ship

Everywhere in India — every PIN code served by our courier partners. We do not ship outside India at present.

What it costs

How long it takes

Remote PIN codes, the north-east, islands and hill districts can take a few days longer. Festivals, elections and weather occasionally slow couriers down across the board; when that happens we would rather tell you than quietly miss a date.

How your posters are packed

Posters ship rolled in a rigid tube, not folded, so they arrive flat enough to frame. Several posters travel together in one tube where they fit.

Tracking your order

• Sign in and open My account → Orders. Every order shows where it has got to: paid, printing, shipped or delivered.
• We email you at each of those steps. The dispatch email carries the courier's name and the tracking number.
• Tracking can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to start showing movement on the courier's own site.

Address problems

We print the address exactly as you enter it, so please check the PIN code and mobile number before paying. If the courier cannot find the address or nobody answers, the parcel comes back to us; we will contact you and resend it once to a corrected address at no cost.

If it does not arrive

If tracking has not moved for several days, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email orders@posterflix.in with your order number. We will trace it with the courier and either resend or refund — see the refunds policy.
