Terms of Service

What you are buying, what we promise, and what we do not. Our shipping and refunds policies form part of these terms.

Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to anyone who uses posterflix.in or buys from it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not, please do not order.

Every poster is printed when you order it. Screens and printers render colour differently, so small variation between what you see here and what arrives is normal and is not a defect. Trimming is accurate to within a couple of millimetres.

The artwork

The artwork, photographs, text and code on this site belong to Posterflix. Buying a poster buys you the printed object, to keep and display. It does not transfer any right to copy, reproduce, resell commercially, license or make derivative works from the artwork.

Orders

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm your payment by email. Until then we may decline or cancel it — if a price was listed wrongly, if a design is unavailable, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is free; there are no handling charges, and nothing is added at checkout. Payment is taken through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We ship only within India and accept payment only in rupees.

Before the shop opens

Until the store opens on 2 November 2026, you can browse and build a selection, and it will be waiting for you, but checkout is closed and no payment can be taken.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. One account per person. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or to disrupt the shop.

Posterflix Club

• Your rank is earned by the number of posters on orders that were paid for and not cancelled or refunded. Cancelling or refunding an order removes those posters from the count, and your rank can go down as a result.
• Free posters that come with a rank are chosen by us — surprise designs, not a pick from the catalogue — and are added to a qualifying order. One reward per qualifying order; they are not awarded twice for the same order.
• Rewards are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a discount or refunded separately.
• We may change rank thresholds, reward sizes or the club itself. Rewards already earned on a placed order are honoured.
• Being named publicly as a top collector happens only if you turn that on yourself in My account, and you can turn it off at any time.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times and coverage are in the shipping policy. Cancellations, damaged parcels and refunds are in the refunds and cancellations policy. Both form part of these terms.

Liability

We do everything we reasonably can to print well, pack properly and deliver on time, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Things outside our control

Strikes, natural events, courier failures, power or network outages and government restrictions can delay an order. We will tell you and either deliver late or refund you, but we are not liable beyond that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
